How to Claim Your GCash Reward

Claiming your GCash reward is a straightforward two-step process. Follow these steps to ensure you receive your GCash promptly:

Prepare Required Documents:

Sales Invoice: This should include:

Log on to the HP Promotions Website: Visit www.hp.com/ph/promotions to upload your documents. Verification will take up to seven business days.

Receive Claim Approval: Once your documents are approved, you will receive an email confirming your claim, followed by your GCash voucher within twenty business days.

Step 2: Convert Your Voucher to GCash

Download the GCash App: Ensure that the name and mobile number registered on the app match those on the HP promo site.

Submit Voucher Code: Email your mobile number and voucher code to claims@HPGcashpromo.com. Your reward will be processed within ten business days.

Receive SMS Notification: Once validated, you will get an SMS from GCash confirming the credit to your account.

Important Reminders

Ensure all documents are complete; incomplete submissions will not be processed.

GCash rewards are not convertible to cash and cannot be combined with other promotions.
