Shipping Policy
At Allworld Corporation ,we are committed to providing excellent service to our customers by ensuring that your orders are shipped quickly and securely.
1. Shipping Methods and Providers
We offer various shipping methods for our customers in the Philippines. Our preferred carriers include LBC, JNT. Shipping methods available may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
- Same-Day Delivery(for selected locations)
You will be given the option to choose the most suitable shipping method at checkout.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on Delivery Location, Weight and Size of the Package, Order Total.
Free shipping is available for orders over P3499.
The final shipping cost will be shown during checkout before the payment is processed.
3. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time:Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time the payment is successfully completed.
- Order Cutoff Time:Orders placed after [time, e.g., 2:00 PM] will be processed the following business day.
- Special Handling:Orders with customized products or large volumes may take longer to process.
4. Delivery Times
- Metro Manila:within1–3 business daysfrom the ship-out date.
- Provincial Areas:within 3–7 business days from the ship-out date, depending on the location.
- Same-Day Delivery: For selected locations within Calbayog City, Sorsogon, Metro Manila, same-day delivery is available if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. Please take note that same-date delivery is applicable if the item is available in the chosen store.
These delivery times are merely estimates and can vary due to factors like traffic, weather conditions, or the courier's operations.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
You can track your order directly through the courier's website or app.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@allworld.info immediately. Provide us proof of the damaged items and packaging so we can process a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Shipments: In the event your shipment is lost, please contact us right away. We will work with the courier to locate the package. If the shipment is not found, we will either refund or replace the lost items, depending on the situation.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Allworld Corporation is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your address, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.
8. Delivery to Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas
Shipping to remote areas may take longer, and additional charges may apply. If your delivery address is in a remote location, our Customer Service team will notify you of any additional shipping fees and estimated delivery times.
9. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the shipment. If you wish to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.10. Shipping Restrictions
Outlying Areas: Some areas may have limited or no delivery options due to logistical or legal reasons.
11. Force Majeure / Fortuitous Event
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, or carrier-related issues.
