Return and Exchange Policy 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Allworld Communications, you may be eligible to return the product on the following conditions: 

In-store Purchase 

7 days from the date of purchase 

Online Purchase 

7 days from the date the product is received 

It is our company policy that after the lapse of 7 days either from the date of purchase (if in-store purchase) or 7 days from the date the product is received (online purchase), you will not be able to return or exchange the product. In which case, the customer may resort to a Manufacturer’s Warranty wherein the customer shall be solely responsible for delivering or sending the product to the Service Center to avail the warranty. 

Conditions for Return and Refund 

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Allworld Communications. 
  • The purchased product must be in brand new condition with original packaging and accessories. 
  • Please note that Allworld Communications does not permit the return of or offer refunds for parts or accessories only. 
  • The cost of the freight or return shipping fee will be charged to the customer. 

By virtue of the DTI Policy on Returns, a customer may be able to return a purchased product on the condition that such product is found to be defective and the customer follows the return and exchange procedure and conditions provided in this Section.
