1. General Return and Refund Conditions

  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition (in its original packaging, with all tags, and accessories).

          For defective or damaged items, returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive the item.

  • Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Gadgets that have been opened, used, or tampered with
    • Software, digital products, or gift cards
    • Items that are customized or personalized

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Order Information: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
  3. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Package the Item: Carefully package the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. The item must include all accessories, manuals, and warranties.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect, wrong item shipped, or damaged goods, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was defective, or we made an error with the order.

4. Restocking Fee

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 3% of the purchase price may apply to returned items that are in unused and resalable condition but are returned for reasons other than defects or errors on our part (e.g., incorrect order, buyer’s remorse).

    • This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned product.
    • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Example: If you purchased an item for ₱5,000 and a 3% restocking fee applies, your refund will be ₱4,850.

  • Restocking Fee Exceptions: No restocking fee will be charged if:
